Return Conditions

• Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or if the wrong product was sent.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• We are unable to accept returns on used or burned candles.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
