All of our candles are handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, design, fragrance, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and make each candle unique.

Product photos are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is due in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within our stated processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

6. Candle Safety

Candles should always be used responsibly.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from children and pets.
Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.
Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each use.
Keep candles away from flammable materials.

We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper candle use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of our store and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product purchased. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
